A Word on A Title

Of course, this being me, there will be more than a word about my choice of blog name.

"Grace Notes" is one of those phrases that mean many things simultaneously - or none of them at all. So, here are a few explanations. Choose the one you like - or all or none of them.

1. I have been known as Her Grace for many years, and these are some notes that I am/will be making about life.

2. Grace Notes are musical ornamentation. These thoughts/comments/what-have-you are ornamentation to my non-virtual lfe.

3. Grace is the opposite of stress. My intention is that this blog with focus on or somehow increase the grace in my life. For more on the idea that Grace is the opposite of stress, check out InterPlay. I'll have more here soon.

4. Grace as a theological concept refers (among other things) to divine gifts. I hope that my gifts will shine through this blog one way or another.
